I meant to blog about this earlier but life happened. I saw the amazing Krista Detor (and friends) at the Bloomington Playwrights Project this past weekend and fell in love with her rich voice and storytelling song-writing. Check out her holiday CD The Silver Wood: Wintersongs. It is beautiful. I can’t stop listening to “Christmas in London,” “More than I Dare Say” and “Traveler in Winter” (apparently inspired in part by T.S. Eliot). There are others that are fabulous too. Check out a few of the songs on her myspace and if you have the chance to see her live, do so!
