Legend of Dolls Being Human

I never got around to watching Dollhouse last night because I was distracted by the pilot episode for Being Human, a BBC show about a co-habitating vampire, werewolf and ghost. The show isn’t groundbreaking but I am intrigued enough to look for the currently airing season. I’ve seen Being Human described as a cross between Buffy/Angel and Shaun of the Dead. I’ve also seen it likened to the Odd Couple with a trio of mythical characters.

While eyeing my Hulu Queue this morning I stumbled upon Legend of the Seeker, a television adaptation of Terry Goodkind’s Sword of Truth series. I’m really curious about how the writers will handle certain elements of the series on prime time ABC (lots of graphic violence). I watched the first fifteen minutes during my brief lunch break. I don’t have much to say about it yet, except that I imagined Richard being a bit older and more mature, even in Wizard’s First Rule. In any case, I’m giving it a shot.
